Refund Policy
- Is initiated only when we fail to deliver the goods.
- The stipulated period is of twenty-nine (29) days.
- It is calculated from the date of the confirmation from the Payment Gateway.
We will initiate a full refund only in case, when we cannot prove
- That the shipment was made to the address mentioned in the order and
- That the shipment from our end was after the stipulated period of Twenty Nine (29) days.
In such a case,the refund from our end will include all the shipment charges.
In other cases,other than above,Postage and packaging charges will not be refundable .
Please follow the steps in order to help us initiate the Cancellation process :
- Kindly email us at customerservice@mushleather.com
- This must be accompanied along with the details about your order.
- Mention here the reason leading to the cancellation.
- The return should be done after due approval from our end.
- In case this procedure is not followed, no obligation remains on our part .
- In such a case the Cancellation made on your part and without our prior approval will remain void.
